Ayurveda Day is being observed on Friday, November 13th, 2020, globally. It is supported by Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy) Indian Government & Indian Council for Cultural Relations.

Initiated by Centre for Public Diplomacy & Soft Power India under the guidance of internationally renowned stalwarts & organizations in the field of Ayurveda from around the world.

Under the guidance & leadership of Ismat Dhala-Nathani , BNYS, DNM, it is being celebrated in Canada.

Ayurveda is an ancient medical system from India. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ayur, meaning "life" or "longevity," and veda, meaning "knowledge" or "science."

'Ayurveda' goes hand in hand with Yoga & Naturopathy as a system that together enables physical-mental-spiritual well-being. Further, it is an embodiment of the principles of natural and sustainable living .
